Q: What is Boltz Cafe?
A: Boltz Cafe was a Rundle Street East Restaurant with a bar upstair, started in 1991 and sold in 2000.
It is no longer, as the new owners closed it down some years later.

Q: Why this web site?
A: This web site is a memorial to the restaurant and the staff who worked there.

A: I’m Malcolm, I was the manager of Boltz Cafe from the Start in 1991 through till it was sold,
I work in IT now and created this web site as a memorial for the staff and customers who remember it.
