Boltz Cafe situated at 286 Rundle Street East and established 1991 was the brain child of Tony Adey, Sally Neville, Peter Reschke and Paul Cazneaux. Featuring modern Australian cuisine, outside dining, an upstairs bar, and a full service restaurant, managed by Malcolm Campbell.
