Boltz Cafe’s philosophy on food: was to make it all on the premises, serve robust filling meals at an affordable price, in a modern Australian theme with an asian twist. To this end all the sauces, chutneys, breads, stocks, desserts and cakes where made at Boltz.<\/p>\n

Some of the signature dishes were:<\/p>\n

The Lush Cake:<\/strong> a flour-less almond meal chocolate cake with layered white ganache, iced in dark chocolate with chocolate curls and served with berry coulee.<\/p>\n

The Goats Cheese Pizza:<\/strong> a overnight risen pizza base, with mozzarella, roast zucchini, roast capsicum, seasoned, then dotted with goats cheese and topped with kalamata olives.<\/p>\n

Tomato and Parmesan Chips:<\/strong> vegetable oil fried chips, sprinkled with Boltz tomato and parmesan seasoning served with sour cream and Boltz made sweet chilli sauce.<\/p>\n

Chargrilled octopus:<\/strong> chimichurri marinated octopus, chargrilled and served with semi-dried tomatoes and avocado.<\/p>\n

The Boltz Caesar Salad:<\/strong> crisp cos lettuce, tossed with caesar dressing, over large crispy croutons, topped with chargrilled bacon rashers and a fried egg.<\/p>\n
